Our approach is based on analytical work, assessing a community’s spatial potential and examining its population structure and needs. We integrate environmental issues, business and economics, social and technical infrastructure into one visionary and conceptual field. 

Working with a community, the Restart team explores solutions for both current issues, like “How to optimise the spatial network of schools considering the number of their students?”, and future challenges: “Which territories will be most vulnerable to climate change in the next ten years and how to deal with that?”

As a result, the Restart team provides complex analytics for the community’s spatial development, a conceptual document offering answers to the key issues, and a list of projects intended to activate the community, leading it to stable development.
